Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

Today’s the 1st May 2021 at 11.55am, about 10 motor bikers accessed the footpath from the A47. There is a pedestrian gate there next to the Bridleway sign, but they accessed through the broken fence. Despite me telling each of them that this is a footpath/Bridleway, they continued down the footpath to the lay-by on the A 47, probably to visit the roadside cafe where bikers congregate, F
