No path/route without a car

There is no safe way to get from Belton to Uppingham via Wardley Hill A47. We need a path and cycle lane off the road as a matter of urgency, lots of people use this road to walk or cycle along but the traffic is very fast (3 lanes) and incredibly dangerous.
