Message from resident: I was given your details by John leaf my Neighbor I was wondering if the council would consider resurfacing the public path outside my home. It has been very slippery in the winter and neglected for over ten years plus. It is breaking up and moss is growing It in places. Potential liability for the council if someone was to trip or slip. My hone is Hawthorne farm, manor road , Stretton, Le157qz. Kind regards Steve Coultas 07951745501
