Traffic using Dean's Street as a short cut ignoring the fact it is a Pedestrian Zone. Speed through the street running down the drainage channel which has caused the blocks to move and break. The movement causes a loud clattering. Michael Flatly's dance troupe could be practicing in the street. This happens easily 100 times a day. The issue has been getting worse over the past few years and now summer is here with the windows open is becoming intolerable. I and other residents would be grateful if the problem could be rectified.
