The verge vegetation has reached a height that it is not possible to drive down the road without contacting your vehicle, collapsing further into the highway is wet or damp conditions. Nor does it allow safe refuge for pedestrians from passing traffic or allow visibility of hazards in the verge for vehicles attempting to pull over safely to also pedestrians, cyclists, horses and vehicle to pass
