All street lights in the Yarn Market and bus stop displays still not working

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

This was reported 8weeks ago and has still not been fixed. Can something be done to repair it before the dark nights return.

  • The sign opposite the Co-Op has been out of action for some time due to vandalism and that due to Covid no operatives were available to come out to fix. Additionally, as bus timetables were subject to continuous change over the past 18 months it was not possible for the bus company to keep updating the information. These are not real time displays but timetables are now returning to the cases so details can be checked here. For any queries passengers can contact the operator by phone or consult their website. Centrebus have a bus tracker system on Going forward the Transport Department will be looking at the viability of electronic display systems as part of the Government's Bus Back Better initiative to improve bus services and infrastructure.
