Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

Despite assurances from Rutland Highways department that an enforcement notice had been issued nothing what has been done to repair this dangerous wall. It is now 8 months since this was first reported, and action is required now!

  • Despite assurances from Rutland County Council that an enforcement notice had been served on British Telecom to repair the wall, some 10 months have now passed since the wall was damaged, and nothing has been done to repair it.

  • It is now 11 October, some eleven months since this wall was damaged. Despite assurances from Rutland Council that an enforce notice was being served on BT, nothing whatsoever has been done. Please action this as a matter of urgency!
