The 'Welcome to Oakham' road sign was removed as part of other work and has bee dumped behind the hedge at the entrance to Spinney Hill where it is causing a nuisance. It either needs removing or re erecting.

  • Expired roadworks sign has been propped up against the wall by Rutland Farm Park for months and is causing a hazard to anyone walking along the path especially when its dark
