    The condition of this road surface is unacceptably dangerous for people walking and damaging to people's vehicles.

    Further more this space is supposed to be 4-5 parking bays of Visitor Parking for Ribble Walk. There are no longer any lines visible delineating the bays, and the writing that said visitor parking has worn away, meaning people block the entire area by parking the wrong way.
