Large crack appearing in footpath in Edmonton Way

This crack has been steadily enlarging and appears to be caused by a tree in the adjacent garden. The wall between that garden and the footpath also appears to be compromised to the extent that the top coping is loose and the wall may be becoming unsafe. Location is opposite no. 31 and close to the pubic footpath through to Vicarage Road.
