Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

Opposite 10 Loves Lane, Empingham. It appears someone has attempted to physically remove this road traffic warning sign!

Children live in this area. The sign warns of road narrowing. Suggest sign be fixed in concrete base and further, a maximum speed restriction notice is fixed also to the post supporting this warning sign.
