Contravention of agreed planning application for ramp outside shop front

The ramp on the agreed plans runs along the shop front with railings at an angle compliant with DDA. The ramp currently in place leaves the shop door at 90 degrees and has no handrail. It is too steep for wheelchair access and poses a risk of trips and falls to users and those who are sight impaired travelling along the footway.
