Gate on the bridleway has not been repaired

Reported via desktop in the Gate/stile category anonymously at 00:24, Monday 6 September 2021

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

The gate on the bridleway over the river is now impossible to open and close from a horse, it swings open when the loop of string is finally removed from the clapping post - it used to be a chain but that doesn't appear to reach now but the big drop and the hole off the side of the bridge still remains. This is not a functional gate for a bridleway and it is not 'fixed' as per the recent notification! The gate needs to be properly hung so that it can be opened and closed from a horse. I am happy to demonstrate it's shortcomings as it is now.
