The gate is broken and is lying on its side adjacent to the opening

Reported via desktop in the Gate/stile category anonymously at 00:29, Mon 6 September 2021

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

The gate post has rotted and the gate is now lying to the immediately to the side of the gateway, causing horses to spook and because it is lying half in the undergrowth and at a strange angle, it is an accident waiting to happen when a horse puts a foot through the gate and injures itself - if the gate is not to be repaired, it should be removed and the fence /post remains also removed so that the potential for injuring a horse is removed once and for all
