Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

We (Cabel UK Ltd Maresfield Road) have had complaints from members of the public saying the pathway has over-hanging branches and that they can't see vehicles until the last second.

  • This enquiry has been closed because it’s been determined that it relates to an un-adopted road. Un-adopted roads do not have to be maintained by the Highway Authority (Rutland County Council) under the Highways Act 1980. A legal duty to maintain these roads still exists, but it falls to the owners of the road to do so. In order to determine whether a road is adopted you can refer to the National Street Gazetteer website map
