Lights are out still.

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3011933.

All the lights are still not working. I reported this months ago. Western Power did come on the 18th of August. They dug a hole. Then the following week they came back, fiddled around in the hole, filled it in and went away again. But the lights are still not working and neither are the display boards on the bus stops on the car park side of the street.
