These 3 potholes are dangerous and getting bigger I have reported them and you have come back saying no action required, action is required!! this piece of road is maintained by rcc and these need to be filled, before someone twists their ankle or worse please just do it! A stitch in time saves nine!

This enquiry has been closed because it’s been determined that it relates to an un-adopted road. Un-adopted roads do not have to be maintained by the Highway Authority (Rutland County Council) under the Highways Act 1980. A legal duty to maintain these roads still exists, but it falls to the owners of the road to do so. In order to determine whether a road is adopted you can refer to the National Street Gazetteer website https://www.findmystreet.co.uk/ map
