Slippery footpath- Church Lane Clipsham

Reported via desktop in the Spillages / Debris category anonymously at 15:01, Mon 11 October 2021

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

The footpath along Church Lane has become very slippery with green moss having formed over much of the surface. An elderly neighbour slipped and fell over on this path near to the churchyard entrance a few days ago. This footpath was re-surfaced by RCC a few years ago with what we were told was an experimental topping finish. This finish has now become fractured and crazed and a moss surface has established itself. Please can you clean away the moss and repair the surface. This is dangerous especially for elderly people visiting the churchyard.
