Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later
Farmers keep driving straight from the fields along the road at speed, covering the surface with mud. On the corners, and in the rain, this is not safe.
Long stretches of this road are currently covered with no attempt to minimise the debris.

Would this be mud be on a minor rural road ... maybe all the cheap European farm labours have returned home, and no British workers are available to wash the tractors tyres, or walk Infront waving a red flag ! ..it all Brexits fault .
