Railway footbridge at Brooke Road has surface water on both levels

Reported via desktop in the Surface Water on the Highway category anonymously at 21:30, Thu 4 November 2021

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

The ramp's drainage is blocked so that rain water is sitting in large puddles on the middle bends. This has been like it for several days (maybe weeks?) and will only get worse now. Please don't leave it until it freezes and becomes a danger. Thanks
