Are there any update’s this is still an issue ??

This issue was raised back in November and nothing has been done. The pots and plants are still obstructing the pavement, if this is not resolved and someone has an accident then the council will be liable!!!! The previous comment said you have identified the owner but still nothing has been done. Could you please provide an update as to why nothing has been don.
