Dangerous overhanging and protruding branches

Reported via desktop in the Overhanging tree, hedge or shrub category anonymously at 15:43, Monday

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

There is a section of concrete path here, but in watching for the direction of the concrete, partially overgrown, one is unaware of the branches at face level until too late. The section of the path between Water Lane and Ashwell Hall Stables needs the grass clearing from the sides of the path which has become too narrow for proper use, and the hedge urgently needs cutting back to the other side of the ditch. It is hanging right over the footpath, and has caused nasty whipping to the face of at least two footpath users, close to the junction with Ashwell Hall Lane. Eye injuries could result from this obstacle..
