Hooby Lane name sign uprooted
Reported via desktop in the Road Signs category anonymously at 09:30, Sun 28 November 2021
Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later
Some yob has pulled the sign up out of the ground and dumped it. I tried to replace it but could not.
This is the fourth act of vandalism in the area in the past month.
The name sign for Shires Lane was also uprooted, but I managed to replace it in it's correct location.
A lot of the capping stones on the wall along Clipsham Road were pulled out of the wall and dumped on the pavement. The owner of the wall has repaired it
Lastly the road sign showing "Cottesmore 4 miles" on the roundabout on the Stretton side of the A1 has been removed and dumped on the roundabout. This still needs to be repaired, but the brackets which attach it to the pole are missing.

Thank you, The street name sign has been replaced. The direction sign to Cottesmore is still leaning against the pole it was attached to. Fixing clamps are required to attach it to the post. I would be happy to attach it if I had the required clamps.
