Filed ploughed, crops planted and growing and footpath yet again not reinstated

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3147927.
There is an area between Empingham and Tickencote where the field has been planted with crops but the footpath not reinstated. This has happened in previous years until walkers recreate the footpath however not in the correct position. Unfortunately this has not happened so far this year and I would ask if you could approach the farmer and ask him to remark the correct footpath. Generally it appears now that walkers have resorted to following the edge of the field (on a public footpath) and cutting back along a track (which is not a public right of way) to re-join the footpath onwards to Tickencote.
