Obstruction of a public right of way

Reported via desktop in the Trees or Vegetation category anonymously at 11:45, Wed 29 December 2021

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

This had been previously reported but, for some reason, closed without action. The vegetation is obstructing the public right of way and so needs cutting back to the wall line.

  • Initial photos taken are very misleading, Photographer would have been literally leaning against the house wall! Path was in no way restricted, however we recognise the ivy did need tidying up. It seems to be a mecca for bees and birds and therefore can only trim at certain times of the year.

    State changed to: Fixed
