Excessive mud due to livestock ground disturbance

Reported via mobile in the Gate/stile category anonymously at 22:34, Thu 30 December 2021

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3206539.

There is a persistent (longer than 2 years) problem with deep/soft mud at the gate to the bottom of the field. Cattle persistently disturb the ground, where drainage is poor, leading to a greater than 6 inch deep mud pool after only mild rain. Drainage needs to be improved, or livestock must be fenced away from the area
