Faulty automatic sequence override

Reported via desktop in the Traffic Lights category anonymously at 09:18, Fri 31 December 2021

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

Despite reporting this back in August, and receiving an email from you just the other day stating the problem has been resolved. It hasn't!! When you pull up to a Red light on say Mill street, providing there is no waiting traffic at the 3 other lights, it should sense the car and change within a few seconds. However this feature is still not working. Or at least it wasn't on the evening of 30th Dec. Please fix.
