Numerous pot holes and bad road surface

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later
The issue I'm reporting is for the access road leading behind our row of houses in Greetham (between number 8 and 10 Stretton Road, Greetham).
The pot holes and bad road surface has been here for as long as we've been here (around a year now), however it's now really difficult to drive up and park behind our house whilst dodging the numerous pot holes which is almost certainly going to cause damage to my car and my neighbours. I also feel with the general state of the side road and car park that its going to make it dangerous in the winter for cars, and pedestrians especially pedestrians with prams.
Thank you for your report. We will investigate this and respond to you within 10 working days. Updates will be posted on https://rutland.fixmystreet.com/ IMPORTANT: To report anything dangerous, please call us on: 01572 722577

This enquiry has been closed because it’s been determined that it relates to an un-adopted road. Un-adopted roads do not have to be maintained by the Highway Authority (Rutland County Council) under the Highways Act 1980. A legal duty to maintain these roads still exists, but it falls to the owners of the road to do so. In order to determine whether a road is adopted you can refer to the National Street Gazetteer website https://www.findmystreet.co.uk/ map
