Pavement obscured

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3256165.

Good morning I used the pavement on Catmose Road (Back of The Dell) yesterday, It was difficult to walk down there because of overgrown bushes and slippery fallen leaves. There is also a large overhanging tree branch which concerns me, it will fall directly into traffic if it fell. I hope you can please investigate and resolve. Thanks
