Rocks placed on the public verge

The property owner has placed large rocks on the public verge contravening highway policy as notified to the residents of South Luffeham. Please ask that they be removed from the verge, not owned by the adjacent property owner.

  • This issue remains unresolved and the rocks need removing off the verge. Please action the removal.

  • The issue is still unresolved. Please confirm whether it is the Council's intention to rectify the situation or are we to conclude that the Council accepts that rocks can be placed on verges "to protect them" and the Council will be responsible for any damage caused to vehicles if they are hit?
