Obstructions to pavement

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

The footpath called tods terrace is now being obstructed with plant pots and wooden flower containers , one tenant of tods terrace as dug up part the playing field and planted flowers plants etc , this action makes the pavement even narrower,, these items might make the houses look pretty ,but we believe they are a danger to the public ,this path is used by many older people .

  • Just had a letter from RCC telling me to remove all items. I'll move my pots when you move the lamp post. The pots are no more of an encroachment than the post.
