Public footpath

Reported via iOS in the Gate/stile category anonymously at 15:54, Sat 26 March 2022

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3417858.

The path from the top of church Lane across to the Clipsam road which comes out just in front of the entrance to George Henry wood is in very bad condition. The stiles aren’t safe the path isn’t clearly signed and part of the way at the top of church lane has been barb wired so the stile can’t be used.

  • Could you please provide an update. Attempting to make a way across this access is extremely dangerous. The landowner has barb wired a lot of the access and someone could be seriously injured.
