Plant pots obstructing the pavement

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later
Outside number 6 Loddington Lane Belton in Rutland there are a number of plant pots etc obstructing the pavement. It is impossible to get a pushchair/wheelchair past these pots so you have to go into the road. There are small pots and a very large unsightly farm container all used as plant pots. These should be in the owners garden and not on the public footpath. This has been an issue for at least the last 5 years and has already been reported in November 2021.
