Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

Memorial trees paid for by local residents have been killed by council contractors 1) Ginkgo Biloba tree planted for Oakham in Bloom President has had base severed straight through by the contractor’s strimmer 2) diamond jubilee seemingly tree poisoned by weed killer… Will council replace??
