Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later
Severn trent have cleared roots and sewage from sewer in the nook whissendine. They have dumped tree roots and solid sewage on grass verge as shown on map. Someone has subsequently thrown most of it over fence. It will now pollute Brook. Why did contractors dump it there as a minimum they should wrap it up before taking it away. Please remove it urgently.
