Missing Footpath sign and Dog poo bin

Since the building work on South View has now finished, would it be possible to replace the Footpath sign and Dog poo bin as per the photos attached. Traffic might be aware of the Foot path and the bin would certainly be useful to keep Beast Hill Dog Poo free.
