Footway Box Cover standing proud from surrounding footpath - Trip Hazard

The lids here appear to have been poorly refitted, following recent cabling works. They are no longer flush to the surface (especially so in the eastbound direction) and are now a safety obstacle for wheelchair users and a trip hazard for pedestrians, young and old. The problem is currently mostly obscured from view by loose leaves and other debris. Please get corrected, before someone has an accident.

  • It is now over a month since this report was filed, and 15 working days since it was acknowledged. From which of this two dates is the "respond to you within 10 working days" intended to apply to? Hopefully BT (Openreach?) will respond more quickly, once this problem actually reaches them?
