Weeds growing in gutters

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3738443.

The streets have not been swept for months ( this is an oakham-wide issue) and large weeds are now growing in the dirt that has collected in the gutters. This looks a real mess.
