Stile damaged & fencing missing

Stile is damaged & Fencing has been removed to make a path through the hedge. Using old bits of wood containing dangerous rusty protruding nails. Filed on Walton close side of stile "belongs" to Clarks Drainage Ltd. This field is in a disgusting state with buried building waste including asbestos. Field with crop belongs to farm on Melton Road & is claen & productive farmland.
