Ineffective repair - reported on FMS-RCC-10863

Reported via desktop in the Cracked or Damaged Road Surface category anonymously at 10:56, Saturday 19 November 2022

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

The problem was previously reported on incident FMS-RCC-10863 i.e. poorly resurfaced road after addressing water leak. Today, as can be seen on the attached, there is evidence of water seeping from the joint of the road surface repair. Of more concern is that the incident was closed, after the inadequate repair was reported, and I am unsure how the remedial repair could have been signed off as satisfactory ? As can also be seen, the repair is totally unsatisfactory and is already degrading. If this was repaired by a sub contractor to the council, I would anticipate that the remedial work now required would be covered under "warranty".
