This was reported MONTHS AGO - LAST YEAR - & stil you cant be bothered to get someone to come AND DIG OUT THE MUD & DEBRIS so the water can flow IN THE DRAIN and NOT ON the road surface. the TWO blocks drains are opposite the entrace to thorpe Gardens plus the drain slightly hgher up the hill ie Melton Road away from the junction with Oakham road. WHY ARE WE PAYING COUNCIL TAX ?
