An Irish yew split overnight and fell on gravestones

Reported via mobile in the Trees or Vegetation category by Tom Nottidge at 23:27, Friday 10 March 2023

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4300244.

The tree had yellowed during the winter, but in the snow on Thursday night it split and half the tree fell across gravestones. It’s in the north east corner of the church graveyard. We are concerned on the PCC that the other half will shortly follow it down. Please clear it away and remove the half that’s still dangerous.
