I know today was a windy day but when the grey bins were emptied today they were left on the side of the roads and my neighbours bin blew over and hit the side of my car

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

Problem is the waste disposal people need to make sure they are putting bins back correctly. They just dump them and in this wind they will blow over the bin in question went from the road and blew over hitting the side of my car. What does it take to take it a few more steps back onto the kerb. I can’t blame my neighbour he is on nights so he wouldn’t of known
