Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

Currently nightly closures on the A1 Southbound between Grantham and Stamford. Perfect opportunity to get litter pick... of course not one bit of litter/debris has been picked up, with litter strewn everywhere including all lay-bys. What an absolute disgrace. Was also the same when the Northbound section was resurfaced last year. Unable to work collaboratively with national highways and massively failing your duty under the environmental protection act.
