Emergency electrical supply problems led to the pavement being dug up and pavers relaid but new manhole covers not flush with surface. Orange barriers were put round weeks, if not months ago, but these have been knocked down and are apparently abandoned on the pavement without the manhole problems being fixed. Causing obstruction next to seat on pavement too.
