Blocked drainage, huge puddles, graffiti

I’ve reported this issue numerous times. The drainage is nonexistent on the bridge, freezing has been a big issue. Water pours from all levels onto the surface and then forms enormous puddles which we have to wade through. The graffiti is an ongoing problem, along with people discarding rubbish over the barriers. This bridge is in constant use by all ages so rain, ice and snow are a constant hazard.
