Collapsed drain gulley large sunken area

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4503499.
Drain gully has collapsed creating a crater type sunken, area I have observed people stumbling when stepping down from the kerb cyclists are forced outwards and cars have to avoid.

So I have not received any update issue is exactly as it was. You say 10 days so when will I get a plan of works to share with the parish council Thanks

We have now inspected the area and our assessment is that no action is required at this stage. The issue reported will be considered as part of the planned programme of work that Rutland County Council carry out.
The issue will be considered alongside other projects and requests and will be prioritised accordingly.
We cannot provide a timescale for a resolution or confirm that this will be rectified. We do combine individual works under our programmed works, for instance gully cleaning.

If the problem gets worse and creates more of a risk to the users then this request can be raised again
