BAD servce from subcontractors!

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4535521.

Directed to collect road signs to close street for coronation event. Sent to Oakham Enterprise Park. The listed post code sent us 4 miles away! The office (8A) was not open and difficult to get contact to respond the phone calls. Finally redirected. On returning siggns, office (Tarmac) still closed and nobody at compound. Item left outside compound on directions of nesarby worker whio says they are never there!
