I re-recorded this storm drain over a year ago for overflowing and bubbling up when raining, but nothing seems to have been done. In rain it overflows every time, in heavy rain it bubbles up sometime 15-20cm high. It now looks like it has collapsed as the cover has sunken and a large hole has appeared in one corner which you can see right down.
