Tarmac is soft and being dug up by heavy vehicles

Reported via desktop in the Cracked or Damaged Road Surface category anonymously at 13:58, Thursday 18 May 2023

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4570076.

Harrington Way has recently been resurfaced. Now, when heavy vehicles such as the refuse lorries and delivery lorries turn at the bottom of the road, they are dislodging the tarmac in chunks. This tarmac does not seem to be bedded into the old surface and is soft and plyable. This surface removal will only get worse, especially with warmer weather increasing the softness of the road surface.
